Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our Team located in Bogota. The Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end service delivery in the General Ledger function for LATAM countries. The role will support the closing coordination activities across sectors. Responsibilities: Support financial activities including corporate reporting control, journal entry, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Creation of Control SOX for Travel and Expenses LATAM. Use of different ERP systems (SAP). Cash offsetting at each accounting close. Posting Journal Entries. Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor's level degree or equivalent in accounting or finance is desirable. 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting. Strong Analytical Skills. Openness to new ideas, rapid change, and embracing new technologies. Experience in a Shared Service Centre of a multinational corporation or BPO is a plus. Required skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel, interpersonal skills, understanding of accounting principles and practices, compliance knowledge (SOX and internal controls), and knowledge of other systems such as SAP modules. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels. English level: intermediate (50%, preferably studying).
