General Ledger: Prepare the financial records for the countries assigned by the Accounting manager LATAM Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled or cleared monthly Perform and maintain general ledger account reconciliations Compose miscellaneous journal entries Reconcile and clear suspense accounts Reconciliation with third parties: Reconcile M&N financials with the local financial statements provided by the Outsourcing in each country. Ensure that the Reconciliation parties were eliminated with the necessary adjustments / reclassifications. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field required Experience: 1 year public or private accounting Proficiency in MS Office (emphasis on Excel and Word). Strong interpersonal skills Strong verbal/written communication skills Physical demands: Sedentary role, however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
