Job Title: AccountantKey Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions: Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare budget forecasts: Collaborate with various departments to project financial needs.
- Publish financial statements in time: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings: Execute closing processes and prepare necessary documentation.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable: Monitor and manage invoices and payments.
- Ensure timely bank payments: Schedule and process payments efficiently.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements: Maintain and update financial records.
- Report on the company's financial health and liquidity: Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
- Audit financial transactions and documents: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality: Protect sensitive financial information and perform regular database backups.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations: Stay updated with financial laws and ensure the company's adherence.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel: Must be highly skilled in using Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience with QuickBooks: Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an accountant.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and accurate in financial record-keeping.
