Handles inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues. Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year degree course With at least 1 year experience in any field such as sales and customer service of any financial institutions, lending institutions, banks, call centers and telecommunications company, an advantage.
