Role Overview Company is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. In this non-sales role, you will primarily focus on client communication, project management, and ensuring the smooth execution of client projects. You will work closely with our existing account manager, managing up to 15-16 accounts, and helping us scale as we acquire new clients.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations.Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Provide weekly updates to clients and host monthly calls to review progress.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media buyers and copywriters, to ensure successful execution of campaigns.Utilize project management tools like Slack to track progress and facilitate team communication.Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.Key Requirements: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands preferred, but not required.Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.Preferred: Proven project management experience, ideally within an agency or e-commerce/DTC setting.Salary: $2000 - $3500 usd/month
