Position Overview: Flxpoint is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager, you will be a part of the team that manages contracts and financial changes for accounts once they have purchased our app and become a customer.
This includes annual renewals, upgrades/downgrades, cancellations and upsell opportunities for 250+ accounts.
Your Mission: Own the sales and upgrade opportunities for accounts once they become a customer Flxpoint, including upselling additional features, modules, or professional services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including executives, decision-makers, and end-users.
Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and pain points, and position Flxpoint's solutions as strategic assets to help them achieve their objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product Management, and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of upgrades or expansions.
Leverage monthly usage data and support tickets to identify upsell opportunities.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; or, relevant experience.
C1+ English Level.
Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of an organization.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and overcome objections.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving customer success and achieving business outcomes.
What's In For You: Start Date: As soon as available, with 30-60 days of training.
Salary: $2,000 per month (paid monthly or twice monthly).
OTE Opportunity: $1k - $4k per quarter, based on results.
