Job Title: Account Manager - Consumer Fragrances Location: Bogotá, Colombia Job Type: Hybrid Level: CL M14 We offer an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in Fragrance in Colombia. The professional will be responsible for the RCB business success by managing and leading sales activities while ensuring pro-active plans are in place to support the commercial strategy. Your key responsibilities Identify business opportunities, decision factors, and success criteria and define action plans accordingly; Anticipate clients' needs and lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities; Lead projects originated in the region establishing resources, owning & managing timelines; Define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project, according to guidelines, and enter all project details properly; Serve as the lead contact for client Global Fragrance Development leaders and ensure transparent and effective communication for solutions across different departments: marketing, Consumer Insights, technical, procurement, and supply chain; Own the business through efficient project management to deliver a high win rate and manage risks.
