We offer an exciting opportunity to join a global leader Fragrance in Colombia. The professional will be responsible  for the RCB business success, by managing and leading sales activites while ensuring pro-active plans are in place to support the commercial strategy.

Your key responsibilities
Identify business opportunities, decision factors and success criteria and define action plan accordingly;
Anticipate clients' needs and lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities;
Lead projects originated in the region establishing  resources, own & manage timelines;
Define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project, according to guidelines, and enter properly all project;
Lead contact for client Global Fragrance Development leaders and ensure transparent and effective communication for solutions across different departments, marketing, Consumer Insights, technical, procurement and supply chain;
Ownership of the business, by an efficient project management to deliver high win rate and risk management.

You bring
Minimum of  3-5 years of sales experience, sales/marketing in the B2B market;
Solid experience in managing project across the value chain (Service level agreements, supply chain projects);
Fluent English (excellent written and verbal skills);
Business acumen (pricing, sales & profitability, expenses, client overdue...)
Integrity, passionate, resilient & desire for customer intimacy building
Good team player, seen as a strong partner by the development teams involved in clients' projects and  strong interpersonal and communication skills;
