Founded in 2020, the agency has quickly expanded to serve over a dozen clients across the education and nonprofit sectors.
As an Account Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Account Services team, responsible for assisting the Account Directors in managing their day-to-day tasks, including email management and meeting scheduling.
This role is critical for ensuring effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal team members and partner contacts for scheduling.
Email Management: Support Account Directors by managing their inboxes, flagging, and organizing emails for follow-up to ensure smooth communication.
Meeting Coordination & Scheduling: Take ownership of coordinating and scheduling meetings between internal teams and partner organizations.
Project Management Support: Ensure that projects are progressing, tasks are completed on time in Asana, and provide weekly reports on progress to Account Directors.
Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree (communications, marketing, public relations, or journalism preferred).
1-2 years of experience in Account Services, preferably within an agency or the education sector.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Additional Information: Location: Fully remote position; candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. Hardware: Apple environment.
