The primary purpose of the Account Executive HXM North is to position the Human Experience Management portfolio in the territory. The scope of activities spans from business development and hunting of opportunities across a given market, to closing of sales cycles with existing and new customers. The Account Executive HXM North will have a strong functional and product expertise which will add value to our customers in their HR strategies.
Core tasks include Grow the HXM Success Factors installed base in the territory.Generate opportunities through leverage of lead generation campaigns within prospects and existing customers.Leverage sales initiatives to create demand generation.Build strong and long-term customer relationships.Take full ownership of opportunity, drive teamwork with presales expert, implementation consultants and business partners.Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities.Maintain an accurate and documented CRM pipeline of opportunities, on a timely basis.Maintain an accurate forecast methodology.Key Responsibilities & Tasks Achieve overall revenue goal by creating a complete territory business plan that generates at least 3.5x their quota in pipeline opportunity.Identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy.Develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition for all of SAP's targeted line of business solutions and services to potential customers & prospects in that territory.Create and nurture senior executive relationships.Work with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals.Work with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals.Run large sales cycles based opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead.Work with VAT team on sales campaigns.Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts.Develop sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts.Experience & Educational Requirements 8+ years of experience selling business Cloud solutions.Experience selling to CXOs.Proven track record in target achievement.Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology).Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred.We win with inclusion SAP's culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone – regardless of background – feels included and can run at their best.
