Job Title: Account Executive - LATAM Location: Remote (EST Time Zones) Salary Range: up to 2000 USD Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (EST) Hours will be adjusted to fit the candidate's time zone.

Position Overview: We are looking for an Account Executive to join our global sales team.
This team is tight-knit, candid, and provides an environment for both performance and supportive growth.
The ideal candidate will be driven to work independently in reaching their personal sales milestones while also being a team player.
They should be level-headed, articulate, and a first principles thinker.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct sales presentations for new prospects by performing deep discovery, providing an overview of our services, associating pain points, and leading them through a seamless buying process.
Demonstrate deep understanding, confidence, and enthusiasm among new sales prospects, setting the stage for long-term engagement and growth.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial interest to sales activation.
Maintain a high level of daily performance, aiming to meet or exceed quota.
Provide insightful learnings from customer interactions, always seeking creative ways to grow the business.
Become a product expert, learning the ins and outs on both the front and back end of the platform.
Use HubSpot CRM to keep meticulous notes and manage all lead data.
Communicate clearly with prospective customers throughout their buying journey.
Secure buy-in from different departments within large organizations, ensuring they are equipped to leverage the platform effectively and are properly queued for onboarding.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Onboarding/Success, Product, and Service, to support customers.
Qualifications: 1-4 years of experience selling products to customers (SaaS preferred but not required).
A fun and optimistic personality, easy to get along with but driven and focused.
A desire to make a meaningful impact on a rapidly growing business in a large market.
Excellent listening skills with a keen ability to understand situations before responding.
A no-nonsense communicator, concise, effective, and articulate.
Exceptional writing skills with attention to grammar and tone.
A solutions-oriented mindset, quick thinking, and thrives in rapidly changing situations.
An organized and process-oriented approach to conducting business.
A team player with a humble attitude.
