As a Sales Manager at Similarweb, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and closing new business in Colombia.
This role will be key to expanding our customer base by offering advanced market intelligence solutions, including web traffic insights, keyword analysis, and digital advertising monitoring through Admetricks Ad Intelligence.
This reports to the Director for New Sales, LATAM.

As a Sales Manager for Inside Sales, you will control the entire sales cycle and develop critical relationships with our small to medium size business prospects.
With customers who love the product, strong brand recognition, and a supportive team behind you, you'll be set up for success to meet your sales quotas.
So, what will you be doing all day? Your role as part of the Inside Sales team means your daily responsibilities may include:
Sales Strategy:Identify and prioritize business opportunities in key industries such as e-commerce, digital marketing agencies, media, telecommunications, financial services, and travel.Develop and implement action plans to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.Sales Cycle Management:Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, leveraging support from the SDR and MIR teams.Build strong relationships with decision-makers at target companies.Prepare tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs.Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with the Sales Executive and the broader sales team to maximize results.Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product to ensure solutions meet client expectations.Performance Tracking and Reporting:Report on key performance metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue) to the LATAM Director for New Sales.Maintain up-to-date records in tools like Salesforce.Product Positioning:Effectively demonstrate and communicate the value of Similarweb and Admetricks solutions to address specific client challenges.Stay updated on market trends and competitors.This is the perfect job for: 3-4 years in B2B sales roles, preferably in tech, SaaS, or market intelligence solutions.Native Spanish speaker.Advanced English (essential for collaborating with global teams and international clients).Has a proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing high-impact deals.Strong prospecting and full-cycle sales management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar CRMs.Understanding of trends in digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and related technologies.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.Why you'll love being a Similarwebber: You'll get to sell a product you actually believe in: Our customers aren't our only raving fans.
