As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in opening new markets and industries, including finance, insurance, health care, and software development, while fostering relationships with customers interested in hiring globally through an Employer of Record (EOR) solution.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Market Expansion: Proactively identify and penetrate new industries, including finance, insurance, health care, and software development, focusing on global EOR services.
Lead Generation: Independently source and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital tools.
Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth handoff to account management.
Client Education: Clearly articulate the value of global EOR solutions, addressing industry-specific needs and pain points.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Relationship Building: Establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Minimum Requirements: Studies: International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or any related field is required.
Experience: 5 years in business development or sales, with a proven ability to close deals and independently generate leads.
Technical skills: Familiarity with industries like BPO, global hiring, hiring agencies, and selling to US companies from Colombia.
Must hold a valid US visa and be open to regular travel for client meetings and industry events.
Language: Advanced English skills.
B2+ or higher is required.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. following the American Calendar.
Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
Location: Only for Medellin at Wework SantaFé.
This position will be Hybrid.
Salary: $7,000,000 to $9,000,000 COP depending on the experience and fit with the role.
