Blossom Strategies is seeking an Account Executive with strong business acumen, advanced English proficiency (C1 level), and experience in digital marketing. This client-facing role requires a professional with exceptional communication skills who can interpret data, understand community inquiries and acquisition costs, and create impactful client conversations. The Account Executive will manage custom reporting dashboards, focusing on acquisition cost metrics and inquiry performance, and work closely with our marketing and analytics teams to provide strategic insights to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and effective communication about campaign performance and goals. Manage and interpret custom reporting dashboards, focusing on acquisition costs, inquiry trends, and other key performance metrics. Deliver insights and recommendations based on Google Ads and analytics data to help clients optimize their marketing spend. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and strategies align with their objectives. Monitor client KPIs and industry trends to provide timely, relevant updates that support decision-making. Engage clients in strategic discussions, simplifying data and presenting actionable insights. Qualifications: C1 level English proficiency, both written and spoken, to facilitate high-level client interactions. 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within digital marketing or business development. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and performance metrics related to cost-per-acquisition and lead inquiries. Ability to interpret digital marketing reports and communicate insights effectively to clients. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable discussing business concepts with clients, with the ability to tailor communication to varying levels of digital understanding.
