OverviewThe Account Executive Channel is responsible for managing relationships with partners with the objective of meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.
What you will be doingMeet or exceed targets through the identification and prioritization of opportunities and execution of the company's channel sales process.Work with the account management team on strategic and high-value customer growth opportunities.Act as an escalation point for the account management team in the resolution of complex partner issues.Develop and communicate accurate sales forecasting on a real-time basis.Develop and execute a comprehensive partner business plan that identifies opportunities for growth and expansion.Collaborate with all available partner and company resources to develop and maintain the pipeline.Record all customer account information in the CRM, including registration and assignment of leads, conversations, visits, and joint sales calls.Operate as a liaison to partners; ensure all company strategies and communications are disseminated and understood.Take consistent ownership of the execution of critical partner-led opportunities, including co-selling or acting as a sales coach to partners at various stages of the sales process.What will make you successfulBilingual - fluent in English and Spanish.Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.Experience in software sales and/or channel sales.Demonstrated knowledge of sales in relevant technology solutions.Proficiency in demonstrating the company's software solution set.Microsoft Windows and Office proficient.Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others.Strong at gaining consensus across multiple departments and leadership levels.Strong oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking.Self-motivated with the ability to manage work to completion with minimal oversight.Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within teams as well as with other areas.Up to 50% travel time required.Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job.
