Your Role Generate a pipeline of media agencies and CPG brands across the Latin America Region.Drive sales growth for Topsort's demand-side product, Toppie, by engaging in strategic conversations with retailers and agencies.Develop brand partnerships and media plans while maintaining close collaboration with partners on the supply-side.Attend various industry events and trade shows as an active voice of Toppie in Latin America.Develop product knowledge and become a subject matter expert on Topsort's entire product stack, including retail media platform, ad serving APIs, and our demand-side product, Toppie.Other Adhoc duties as required.Requirements 3-7 years of experience in media sales within a digital agency, CPG brand, or a retailer with a retail media business component.
Familiarity with Advertising - bonus points if you know the advertising lingo!Consistent track record of hitting quota and going above and beyond.
Experience in a scale-up sales organization is a plus!Bachelor's Degree minimum, MBA preferred - most importantly, have a learner's mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment!Fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable switching between the two.Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.Working at Topsort Our Values: Topsorters live their ideals on and off the clock.
