Position: Account Director, Enterprise Reports to: Sales Director, Enterprise Location: Colombia (Bogotá) The Account Director, Enterprise develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes needs to drive revenue for the entire Genesys suite of products through managing direct sales in the West Sales organization. Key Responsibilities: Meeting and/or exceeding goals including, but not limited to, revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses. Sells and promotes the sales of Genesys products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize bookings. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately manages forecast to achieve quarterly targets. Acting as a Genesys representative to maintain positive relationships with all employees, customers, partners, and shareholders. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team. Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important. Hands on management style to provide coaching and guidance where needed to move deals through the sales cycle. Building a relationship with key players in their customer accounts. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree. +5 years' sales management experience within technology industry. Ability to hire and train new sales representatives. Be a "High Energy", results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment. Demonstrated track record in software sales. The willingness to travel. Desirable Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills: produce materials, deliver presentations, and perform general education. Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels. Able to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision while providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
