The Account Director role brings a mixture of account management and team management activities.
The mission of this role is to lead and inspire the team to achieve desired objectives, budgets, and quality while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities Manage a dedicated part of the business from an operational point of view (Americas) Manage a team - coaching and mentoring them to deliver high-quality projects Create strategy and serve as an advisor in the field of eCommerce development to clients and the team Build long-term relationships with clients through extensive analysis and understanding of their business needs, evaluation, and development of the client (including business reviews and reporting on KPIs), continuously improving the overall client experience Support the sales team with information and input for pitches Develop innovative ideas to run the business and execute them Conduct day-to-day analysis of team efficiency and recognize and deliver improvements to people and processes Serve as a role model and knowledge expert, train and develop team members, provide feedback and performance reviews, and encourage professional growth Manage the budgets and P&L of the Americas projects and report on them to the board Lead client accounts with overall responsibility for the client-agency relationship and continuously improve the overall client experience Ensure projects are profitable and growing Our Requirements Passionate, ambitious individual with a business-oriented, strategic approach Minimum 5 years of supervisory/team management experience (leading a team of 5-7 people), with a passion and desire to develop leadership skills At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce Experienced in project management and working with eRetailers (especially Amazon & Walmart) Experienced in working with various international clients on diverse projects and the ability to build long-term relationships Experience in strategic business consulting Understanding of budgeting, reporting, and P&L Fluency in English - at least C1 level We Offer Cooperation based on a B2B contract or contract of service through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation 26 paid days off from service provision plus national holidays Opportunity to cooperate with recognized global brands as clients Exciting and friendly work environment Work in an international team without rigid corporate rules A company MacBook and phone Further development and training in eCommerce Annual performance bonus or salary raise Shorter working day on Fridays during the holiday months (July & August) What You Can Expect In The Recruitment Process Step 1: Analysis of received applications (CVs) - at this stage, we will select the CVs that cover most of the features indicated in the offer and then contact selected candidates Step 2: Recruitment interview with HR (videocall) Step 3: Recruitment interview with the management board (videocall) Step 4: Preparing and presenting a task (videocall)#J-18808-Ljbffr
