We're looking for an Interpreter.
You will be responsible for handling and carefully responding to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service with the help of your best ally: active listening.
You must handle all confidential customer information with sensitivity, accurately update records in the required systems, and provide clear and direct instructions.
What you'll be doing: Respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who: Has a 90% and up English level.
Loves to talk to people, is an active listener, and has great communication skills.
Is proactive, responsible, empathic, and confident.
Is a high school graduate (must provide a diploma or certificate).
