Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 3 Job Duties: Essential duties for Truck Drivers: - Follow supervisor instructions always and arrive to work on time.- Conduct thorough and accurate pre-trip inspections on trucks and trailers.- Safely operate trucks and make on time deliveries.- Safely hook-up trailers to trucks - Safely and correctly load/unload trailer and tiedown load appropriately.- Correctly distribute trailer load to comply with state and federal regulations.- Follow delivery instructions and accurately complete logs and other necessary forms.- Pick up empty bins when necessary and to deliver to field locations.- Maintain and care for v-boards, tarps, ropes, bins and all other driver equipment.- Perform duties in accordance with established safety standards and proper vehicle operation technique.- Communicate with dispatcher, field harvest supervisors, co-workers, and receiving location in a courteous and professional manner.- Participate in pre-hire US DOT drug and alcohol testing program as required.- Participate in safety trainings, orientations, and all other company meetings as required.- Ability to work overtime, weekend and holiday hours.Job Classification: 53-3032 - Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Drivers
