We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Offshore 3D Landscape Architect to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview: As an Offshore 3D Landscape Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and enhancing residential landscapes.
You will be responsible for creating detailed 3D designs, with a particular focus on smaller projects and enhancement jobs.
Your work will involve visualizing plant layouts, collaborating with our U.S.-based design studios, and ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and creativity.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop 3D landscape concepts primarily for residential clients.
Create and manage design studios, catering to U.S.-based clients.
Focus on smaller projects and enhancement jobs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Work closely with our team to execute designs that align with client expectations.
Visualize and arrange plant layouts using photo overlays and other design tools.
Collaborate with the U.S.-based team to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Required Skills and Experience: Experience in 3D design SketchUp required.
Lumion experience acceptable in lieu of SketchUp.
Strong command of design software including InDesign, AutoCAD, and Dynascape.
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint for document sharing, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools.
Substantial experience in landscape design, particularly in the North American market.
Knowledge of local plant species and North American housing structures.
Ability to present a portfolio of previous work demonstrating design skills and creativity.
Work Environment: Full-time position with some seasonal variation in workload.
Approximately 120 days per year are particularly busy, while the remainder of the year is less intense.
Flexibility in work hours is required, with the need to overlap with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) for 3-4 hours daily if based in the Philippines or work 9 AM - 5 PM CST if based in Latin America.
Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field is strongly preferred.
High level of English proficiency, with strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both team members and clients.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Location: Candidates based in Latin America are preferred, with flexibility in working hours to accommodate time zone differences.
