Your Mission: As our Mold Design Engineer, you'll be the maestro behind the magic, creating realistic and innovative designs that will leave everyone in awe. Dive into the world of custom molds, bringing them to life in ways never imagined before! Responsibilities: Design and refine 3D mold models using Fusion 360, including master model (.f3d) and blueprint (.f2d) files. Create STEP files for left mold, right mold, and cavity models. Develop detailed blueprints and technical drawings with precise dimensions. Render high-quality images to highlight mold details and features. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure designs meet specifications. Iterate on designs based on feedback and conduct design reviews. Quickly understand and deliver project instructions. Maintain organized files and version control for easy access. Provide regular updates on project progress. Ensure all documentation is accurate and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Requirements: Proficient in parametric modeling techniques. Strong attention to detail and precision. Ability to translate design requirements into 3D models and technical drawings. Knowledge of mold design principles and manufacturing processes. Effective communication skills. Expertise in Fusion 360 for 3D modeling and documentation. Skilled in Keyshot and Rhino for rendering. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for vector handling. Familiarity with STEP file formats. Ability to create technical drawings and blueprints. Experience with rendering software for realistic visualizations. Basic understanding of document management systems for version control and organization. Preferred Requirements: Experience in industries relying on mold design: manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, aerospace.
