About the Role The 3D data annotation specialist role will be an entry-level position. As such, it will typically involve tasks related to labelling and classifying as per the client's needs, with the guidance of a project manager. Here are some common responsibilities you can anticipate: Data Labeling : Accurately labelling data points according to specific guidelines or criteria. Quality Assurance : Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of labelled data. Following Guidelines : Adhering to strict guidelines and standards set by the organization. Learning New Tasks : Being open to learning new labelling tasks and adapting to changing project requirements. Using Annotation Tools : Adapting to the use of the recommended annotation tools and software for use in day-to-day work. Ideal Candidate Profile : Nationality: Must be a Colombian National based in Medellín . Education: Current student or recent graduate from the following faculties: School of Engineering (especially Structural and Civil Engineers) School of Architecture Graphics Designers Motivations: Financial independence, flexibility, gaining work experience Skills: Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, quick learner Values and cultural fit: Commitment to Earning and Learning: Candidate resonates with CloudFactory focus on earning while learning. Work / Production Requirements: Workstation: Each Candidate MUST have their own laptop with the following specifications: Memory: 16GB RAM CPU: i5 or equivalent and generation 11 or newer; Display: 27-inch external monitor with 1440px resolution(recommended) Video graphics: sufficient to support workstation setup; Internet Connectivity: 10Mbps; Additional Workstation accessories: External mouse (Mandatory) Power backup, if prone to power outages External Monitor (good to have but not mandatory) Mode of Work Employment Terms: Hired as an independent contractor Remote work with in-person components for training and support. Training expectations: Paid Training for 4 - 6 weeks (likely from Mid October - Dates To be Confirmed) Production Work Expectations: 40 hours of work per week, likely between 12 PM - 8 PM Local time Minimum commitment of 6 months Expected Pay: Production pay will be $2-$3 per hour.
