Posted 3 days ago Description Title: Senior Operations Manager Industry Experience Required: E-commerce, F&B, Manufacturing Schedule: US Time Zone Job Description: The Senior Manager of Operations will be responsible for managing key weekly operations and special projects related to product and operations work streams for the client's newest venture in F&B. You will have the opportunity to dive deep into different functional areas such as Fulfillment Management, Forecasting, Logistics, Product Development, Operations Tech Enablement and KPI Tracking. The Senior Manager of Operations is a self-starter, has a passion for diagnosing and bringing structure to complex business challenges, and is adept at change and stakeholder management. You will report to the General Manager of Growth, helping support cross-functional initiatives that lead to strong incremental revenue. Responsibilities: Manage key weekly operations tasks to ensure shipments get out on time correctly each week. Partner directly with the General Manager to spearhead new product and operations-related initiatives from inception. Collaborate closely with all members of the team, including other functions like product development and marketing. Develop, lead, and execute complex cross-functional project plans with clearly defined milestones, timelines, communication plans and task owners. Build and manage reporting out to key stakeholders on a weekly basis. Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve an array of other complex business problems, using analytics and business judgment. Requirements 6+ years of relevant work experience, ideally with operations and/or data analytics experience. Experience working in operational areas (ideally manufacturing, ecommerce, or F&B). Management or operations consulting experience ideal. Experience working on or managing complex projects in a hands-on analytical environment. Proven experience establishing, implementing, and executing operational processes. Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large data sets skillfully by building complex models. Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels of management and with technical and non-technical people.
