2025 Blackstone Government Relations Summer Analyst Blackstone is the world's largest alternative asset manager. Government Relations is seeking a Summer Analyst to join their team in their Washington, DC office, with periodic travel to the NYC office throughout the summer. The Summer Analyst will support the Government Relations team with researching, monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating federal, state, and local legislative and regulatory issues and their impact. Summer Analyst Responsibilities May Include: Providing analysis, writing, and editing support on policy memos and external communications. Supporting editing/development of content/messaging (written docs, grassroots). Conducting research and analyzing important policy issues for further dissemination and analysis. Supporting thought-leadership opportunities and presentation development. Coordinating and preparing for visits with Federal, State and City government and elected officials. Supporting with special projects. Work in close collaboration with our Government Relations advisors. Qualifications: The successful candidate must have: Strong professional integrity and drive. Meticulous attention to detail. Proactivity and resourcefulness; able to multi-task and focus on delivering results. A track record in successful relationship building and policy advocacy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear messages that resonate with policy and regulatory audience.
