Summary of Position: We are seeking a skilled Property Management Coordinator with a background in multi-family property management or leasing.
This role involves managing inbound leads, tenant communications, and various property management tasks.
The ideal candidate will have experience using Appfolio, with Yardi or Realpage experience being transferable.
This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Handle inbound leads and inquiries from potential tenants via email and Facebook Marketplace.
Track down rents and renewals, ensuring timely payments and managing property budgets.
Maintain effective communication with tenants, address their concerns, and ensure compliance with lease terms.
Regularly follow up with landlords to provide updates and address any issues.
Set up showings for potential tenants and manage executives' inboxes and appointments.
Work across both multi-family and self-storage assets to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of property maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and improve property performance.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property management or leasing, preferably within a multi-family environment.
Strong proficiency in managing inbound leads and tenant communications.
Experience with property management software such as Appfolio, with Yardi or Realpage experience being transferable.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with property management principles, policies, and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Previous experience as an executive assistant or supporting a real estate principal is a plus
