Scope of the Role We're seeking a (Latam) Client Onboarding Specialist to work with clients via video conference, call and email to complete a detailed onboarding checklist for new clients of an accounting and tax firm.
This role ensures a smooth and comprehensive onboarding process, addressing client needs and setting the foundation for a successful partnership.
Duties and responsibilities Answering inbound calls from interested potential customers (no outbound sales calling) Scheduling "initial consult" meetings for qualified leads.
Working with new clients to complete a detailed onboarding checklist that includes gathering information and documents from the client, scheduling meetings, and other authorization-related tasks that get everything ready for an accountant to take over.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Client Onboarding and Client Relation Management.
Availability to take calls.
Superior written and spoken English skills (English C1) Ability to listen actively, understand customer emotions, and respond with patience and empathy.
Effective in managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
