2D Concept Artist (Temp Contract)

As a 2D Concept Artist at Youtooz, you will take the Youtooz world and bring it to life.
You'll be responsible for taking an idea and turning it into a Youtooz product all the way from ideation to a finished design.
This role is a two month temporary contract position to cover a parental leave, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our creative team during this period.
Responsibilities Take an idea and turn it into a completed 2D concept Meet design deadlines Requireme nts 2+ years of experience in concept art, character design, or a related field Degree in 2D animation, character design, concept art or a related discipline Effective communication skills Ability to quickly create and execute concepts Knowledge of 2D programs such as Photoshop, ProCreate, Sketchbook, or other drawing software Knowledge of 2D practices such as creating silhouettes, p roportions, anatomy, expression, and any other concept related practice Motivated team player that can work quickly in a deadline-driven environment Bonus Points Knowledge of the pantone library 3D modelling experience or any related work such as 3D printing Traditional experience, painting, sculpting, or drawing.
