As a Real Estate Marketing Manager on the Brokerstack team, you are building the digital identity for our Commercial Real Estate broker clients and the properties that they represent.Your core responsibility is to support our clients and their real estate listings.Reporting directly to the Founder, you will oversee various administrative, transactional, and marketing tasks critical to our division's efficiency and growth.The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving and process improvement.Position : Real Estate Marketing Associate (Design) Location: Remote (Colombia: Medellin - Cali) Salary Range: $ 2,000 Type of contract: Independent contractor.Duties and responsibilities: 1.Marketing Support: Upload and update listings on various platforms including LACDB, CREXi, Loopnet, Costar, and MLS.Coordinate photo and drone shoots as well as floor plans.Design and create listing brochures and manage individual property listing websites.Assist in creating target lists for listings and execute marketing strategies effectively.2.Administrative Duties: Respond to phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.Prepare listing presentations and agreements.Conduct research on property history, zoning regulations, and relevant market data.Manage CRM systems including Deal Pipeline, Contacts, Properties, and Comps.Organize and maintain Dropbox files for each client.Create market surveys and assist in setting up market tours.3.Transaction Coordination: Develop and manage workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all sales and lease transactions.Coordinate due diligence activities, inspections, insurance requirements, utility transfers, etc.Maintain communication with clients, other agents, and title companies throughout the transaction process.Prepare and maintain sale and lease abstracts.Facilitate post-close/lease follow-up activities such as gifting and thank-you gestures.4.Special Projects: Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the Founder on a case-by-case basis.Requirements: ???????
