Job Title: SEM Account ManagerSchedule: Mon-Fri, 10AM-6PM ESTSalary Range: From 1,800 to 2,500 USD monthly About the Role:As a SEM Account Manager, you will lead client engagements, driving digital success through Google Ads. You will provide strategic guidance, optimize campaigns, and ensure service delivery. This role requires analytical skills, strategic thinking, and strong communication.Responsibilities:1. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary or secondary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B and eCommerce clients. Develop and execute tailored Google Ads strategies. Conduct regular check-ins, status updates, and strategy sessions. Help develop Quarterly Business Reviews with the team that includes highlights of performance and top priorities for upcoming quarters Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Utilize Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio to enhance performance and maximize ROI. Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable recommendations. Write and optimize ad copy for maximum click-through rates (CTR) Implement A/B tests and other optimization strategies Generate regular reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness. 2.Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic recommendations and identify growth opportunities. Create and manage campaign budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams to address client challenges. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Client Communication and Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to clients. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their business goals and objectives. Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly. Present performance results, insights, and campaign effectiveness in a clear, concise manner to a wide variety of stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Google Ads management or related roles. Certification in Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio. Analytical skills to translate data into insights and recommendations. Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering results. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines. Experience in consulting or an agency environment is a plus. Agency experience is preferred
