Position : Performance Marketing Manager LATAM Working Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm in Central Time Salary Range: $2500-3500 USD/month Type of contract: Independent contractor About the company Our client is a prominent provider of call center and marketing solutions.

Scope of the role As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies across various Google Ads platforms.
Your expertise will be crucial in maximizing ROI, managing budgets effectively, and continuously optimizing campaign performance.
You'll collaborate with internal teams to create impactful ads and landing pages, while staying ahead of industry trends to leverage the latest features and opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and execute digital advertising strategies on Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, Demand Generation, and YouTube.
Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets across campaigns and channels to ensure optimal performance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop creative assets and landing pages optimized for conversion.
Innovation & Testing: Continuously test new ideas, ad formats, and targeting strategies to drive innovation and improve campaign performance.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and meet daily KPIs.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns leverage the latest features.
Vendor Collaboration: Work with external partners and vendors to execute campaigns efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience managing Google Performance Marketing campaigns across Google Search, Display, Meta, and YouTube.
Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Demand Generation: Experience with Demand Generation is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
? Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Track Record: Proven success in driving results and achieving performance goals in digital advertising campaigns.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Industry Experience: Experience in advertising for healthcare-related campaigns is preferred.
