Please apply here: Position: Digital Ads Specialist project Working Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm US Central Time Salary Range: $1,800 - 2,500 USD/month Type of contract: Independent contractor Scope of the Role  The Digital Ads Specialist oversees the creation and management of highly targeted SEM campaigns, utilizing platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Pinterest Ads to drive B2B engagement and sales.
This role requires expertise in advanced features of these platforms and seamless integration with HubSpot for optimal campaign performance.
Duties and responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Advanced Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop tailored SEM tactics, including customer match features and lookalike audiences, to maximize lead quality and conversion.
Manage conversion tracking setup in HubSpot, ensuring alignment with funnel stages for accurate data mapping.
Precision in Data Analysis and Application: Track lead progression through lifecycle stages in HubSpot, correlating with ad campaign data to adjust bids and targeting.
Analyze A/B testing results to optimize future campaigns, focusing on reducing CPC while increasing ROI.
Detailed Reporting and Data Visualization: Generate custom reports in HubSpot detailing campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and ROI by platform.
Utilize HubSpot's data visualization tools for clearer insights and quicker decision-making.
SOP Development and Process Optimization: Create and update SOPs for SEM campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting to maintain high standards and team efficiency.
Ensure team adherence to SOPs and incorporate new insights or platform changes promptly.
Technical Skills and Certification: Demonstrate proficiency in advanced Google Ads features like automated bid adjustments.
Maintain certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and leverage HubSpot's marketing tools effectively.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years' proven experience as a Digital Ads Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in managing multi-channel SEM campaigns with sophisticated targeting for high conversion rates.
Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and HubSpot CRM integration for campaign data synchronization.
Strong analytical skills and a history of data-driven strategic decision-making.
Excellent organizational skills and adherence to detailed workflows and SOPs.
Performance Evaluation Tasks: Crafting a complex SEM campaign strategy incorporating specific targeting tactics, budget allocation, and projected outcomes.
Practical examination demonstrating the integration of Google Ads data into HubSpot CRM for actionable insights.
