You will play a critical role in shaping our company's growth trajectory by overseeing various aspects of operations, management, and marketing.Duties and responsibilities: Executive Support: Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on key business decisions. Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, and communications to ensure efficient use of time and resources. Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze data to support decision-making processes. Operational Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Streamline workflows, identify areas for improvement, and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive operational excellence. Collaborate with department heads to align operations with business goals and objectives. Marketing Leadership: Lead the marketing team in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, content development, digital marketing initiatives, and social media strategies. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts. Keyword research (no background required) Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train marketing team members, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company values and goals. Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members, fostering their professional development and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of marketing initiatives with other departments. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans, annual budgets, and business forecasts. Identify emerging opportunities, threats, and market trends, and recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff or in a similar capacity. Must speak excellent English Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and make data-driven decisions. Experience in team management, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in project management tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
