: ) What you will do 1.
Be the product owner of the Platform and work directly with the CEO to drive end-to-end development of complex projects.
2.
Design, build, and launch features and own iterations and follow-ups.
3.
Solve challenging technical problems across the stack to develop critical customer-facing features, including the frontend (React, TypeScript), smart contract layer (Solidity, Hardhat), and backend (TypeScript).
4.
Stay up to date with technology trends and collaborate with others to define a long-term technical vision that addresses current problems and anticipates future issues.
5.
Design and build robust, scalable systems that enable us to scale our platform to 10x the number of users.
6.
Be a go-to technical resource for the engineering organization.
Set engineering best practices and mentor engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
7.
Work directly with our CEO, customers, and other stakeholders to refine product requirements and team vision.
8.
Grow the engineering team!

Must haves 1.
5+ years of experience working with React on the front end and Node.js on back end; 2.
Strong experience using Typescript for front and backend development.
3.
Crypto experience (experience using Solidity and Hardhat is a big plus).
4.
Web3 knowledge.
5.
Skilled Coder: you can break down a problem and write clear, concise, and high-quality code to solve it efficiently; you understand and deeply care about code quality, execution speed, and debugging/testing best practices.

Strong Technical Design: you can translate product requirements into a clean technical design; you identify edge cases and drive clarity on ambiguous requirements; you balance speed of execution with extensibility for future use cases.

Frontend Engineering Knowledge: you can translate a design into a front-end component; you are knowledgeable of frontend best practices and at least one modern frontend framework.
8.
Backend Engineering Knowledge: you are familiar with backend engineering fundamentals like databases, servers, caching, and APIs.
9.
Customer-first Mindset: you understand the customer journey and pain points; you keep the customer in mind when building product features and focus on finding ways to deliver value.
10.
Great Communicator: you can verbally communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly; you write clear design docs and documentation; you keep stakeholders informed of project progress, including setbacks; you tailor your communication based on the audience, allowing you to work effectively with both engineers and cross-functional partners.
11.
Experience/Keen Interest in Web3: you have a strong interest or have had experience building technologies in the Web3 space.
