What We Seek:  We're looking for individuals with a foundational understanding of Google Ads, a readiness to learn, and the ability to support our Team in Berlin. As an Digital Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Design Performance Max campaigns for Google Shopping. Conduct competitor analysis on Google Shopping. Optimize bids and budgets for maximum ROI. Manage and refine product feeds for visibility. Tailor ads for targeted German-speaking markets. Report insights and trends, including competitor activities. What We Expect: Degree in Business, Science, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in marketing, project management, or business development Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with Project Management tools (i.e. Asana) is a plus Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills Fluency in Advanced German (B2 level at a minimum); multilingualism is an asset.
