We are looking for outstanding SemiSenior Scrum Masters to join BairesDev's Research & Development (R&D) team. What You Will Do: Support the team in the preparation of ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators. Teams should be trained in lean-agile practices and mindset. Provide input on resources to address critical bottlenecks. Foster collaboration between teams and system and solution architects and engineers. Work with product and solution management, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution are in sync. Improve the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps. Facilitate system and solution demos. Here's what we're looking for: 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Use of Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills. Certifications (preferred). Advanced level of English.
