As a Manager of Systems Integrations, you will be responsible for leading integration projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of MuleSoft developers and integration specialists. Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Provide guidance and training on MuleSoft development best practices and integration patterns. Promote a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Oversee the end-to-end integration process from requirements gathering to delivery. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution. Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration needs, priorities, and project scope. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide recommendations to improve system efficiency. Ensure alignment of integration solutions with business objectives and IT strategies. Develop and maintain integration architecture, best practices, APIs, connectors, integration workflows, design documentation, and system monitoring. Ensure the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of integration solutions. Ensure adherence to integration governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner. Document integration processes, configurations, and solutions. Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features, product updates, best practices, and industry trends. Serve as a primary point of contact for business units and IT teams on integration-related matters. Foster relationships with third-party vendors and service providers for external system integrations. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft integration development, with a focus on designing and implementing complex integration solutions. 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Runtime Manager, API Manager, and CloudHub. Proficient in MuleSoft connectors, DataWeave, and RAML. Strong experience in integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, GraphQL, XML, JSON, and middleware platforms. Solid understanding of integration patterns, microservices architecture, and API-led connectivity. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins or GitLab. Familiarity with database systems such as SQL, NoSQL, and relational databases. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other integration platforms and tools. Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance. MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) and other relevant technologies are a plus. Experience with Salesforce integration.
