Position Overview: The Project Manager I will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, execution, and completing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager I will work with the project owners to define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Key Responsibilities Develop project plans with timelines, milestones & deliverables Manage project activities to ensure everything stays on track Monitor project progress & resolve any issues that arise Coordinate project schedules with leadership & teams Lead project meetings, events, & related activities Communication & Coordination Facilitate communication between team members & stakeholders Organize & lead project meetings, prepare agendas, & document minutes Provide regular updates to senior management Coordinate with teams across all regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas) Resource Management Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, & vendors Ensure all project aspects align with organizational goals Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field 1-2 years of Project Management experience Relevant certifications (PMP, ScrumMaster) are a plus Experience with project management software & methodologies (Agile, Scrum) Strong organizational & communication skills Detail-oriented & excellent problem-solving abilities Exceptional time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
