About the Vendor Reconciliation Leader position We are looking for an experienced Invoice Reconciliation Leader to help us ensure client invoice images and supporting documents are accurate in our software. Demonstrate mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills, including solving multistep math involving whole numbers, decimals, percentages, and unit of measure conversion. Ability to communicate complex information professionally, accurately, and concisely. Manage Excel. Responsibilities: Handle a team including agents from various categories, providing coaching to ensure 100% accuracy. Manage churnzero tickets and ensure proper setup for BillPay. Provide floor support to help the manager resolve team doubts regarding procedures. Document employee issues for managerial follow-up with HR. Ensure accuracy of client invoice images and supporting documents in MarginEdge Software. Help train new members of the reconciliation team. Develop training curriculum alongside the stateside team to facilitate growth and scalability. Review entered invoice details using accounts payable 3-way match process (Invoice + EDI + Weekly Statement). Identify different accounting document types. Calculate and apply accurate payments to vendor invoice entries. Review, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in pricing, quantity, fees, and duplication. Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance and efficiency. Provide elevated levels of support to Vendors and Clients. Deliver unparalleled customer service to internal and external customers. Support the company's corporate programs, goals, and initiatives. Collaborate within the payments team. Participate in associate meetings and communicate concerns to management. Represent the company professionally, ensuring quality customer service.
