User experience & digital experience manager Job Description Your Job Responsible for digital experiences in partnership with the Digital Experience Lead, a digital native you will put the consumer front and center  ensuring our digital experiences support our consumers in the moments that matter.
You will partner with teams across the business to identify key experiences ensuring they sit inline with business objectives.

Who you are?
* Bachelor degree in any related field * 5 to 8 years of experience leading UX implementations for e-commerce, consumer goods, agenecys o related fields.
* Previous experience successfully running and deploying end-to-end consumer experiences * Experience working with UX platforms tools * Experience with consumer experience trends and tuned into emerging trends such as (but not exhaustive) chatbots, extremely-personalized experiences and artificial intelligence, leveraging where appropriate to drive brand objectives.
* Strong analytical mindset, adept at interpreting data from a variety of sources, communicating with that data, and using it to tell compelling stories.
* Highly effective at setting clear goals and measuring the impact of initiatives through managing ambitious goals * Strong prioritization and stakeholder management frameworks that support a growth mindset for the business.
* Experience with test and learn What do you do?
* Identify new innovation & Digital Experiences across all touchpoints that have a meaningful impact to our consumers partnering with ABUs, DTS & Creative & Comms * Understand relevant consumer journeys, key consumer moments and how these could be translated into a positive digital experiences * Own the digital experience roadmap in partnership with ABUs and Creative & Comms * Understand if and how audience insights and our consumer database could be used to our strategic advantage, building and deploying relevant strategies in partnership with ABUs * Own the build and deployment of Master consumer journeys, partnering with ABUs on appropriate areas to scale * Partner with Media, Creative & Comms and ABU teams to ensure digital experiences are integrated into our campaigns * Partner with DTS & Creative & Comms to ensure brand messaging is considered across all digital experiences * Own end results and KPIs for digital experiences with a performance mindset, identifying and sharing how these help us hit our brand and business objectives in partnership with Analytics Total Benefits Here are just a few of the benefits you'd enjoy working in this role for Kimberly-Clark.
