As a Training and Process Associate, you will support our training and operational efforts under the guidance of the Senior Training Managers.
Your varied responsibilities encompass developing training materials, conducting training sessions, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring that our team is well-equipped to handle their roles efficiently.
This role is an exciting mix of training, process improvement, and support in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position with huge potential for growth with 60/90/120 day reviews to look at potential compensation increase and potential bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities and Areas of Need Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials for various roles within the company.
Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for new hires and current employees.
Collaborate with different departments to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Ensure all team members are up-to-date with the latest processes and tools.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members to ensure they are meeting performance standards.

You are comfortable with asset management tools such as Slack, ClickUp, GSuite, Excel, Loom, Monitask.
You display a keen interest and excitement in e-commerce.

You take pride in refining your communication, both written and verbal, and particularly excel at adapting to various learning styles.
