Job Description As a Tracking Coordinator, you are responsible for tracking, communicating, and reporting the status of every shipment assigned to you.
This position must record their check calls in the system and follow up with every one of them strategically.
You will also interact with many teams, these teams may include operations, customer services, carrier sales, and direct sales, meaning that coordinators must communicate effectively with these teams and create a streamlined workflow that benefits the overall process Requirements ·           Customer Service Experience.
·          MS Office Proficiency.
·          Excellent English communication, reading, and writing skills.
  Skills Strong communication skills.

Attention to Details.

Requirements Building and maintaining relationships with partner carriers Monitor loading, unloading and appointments – follow up with customers regarding delays, missed appointments and late arrivals Identifying potential problems before they occur Ensuring that any problems such as delays, accidents, etc., are communicated immediately to our Account Operations and Carrier Sales Teams Demonstrates professionalism, positive attitude, and exceptional telephone etiquette.
Assist other team members when required.
