AstheThreatIntelligenceManager,youwillleadthethreatintelligenceteam,cybersecuritystrategyalignmentprograms,overseethecollectionandanalysisofthreatdata, andcoordinatewithvariousteamstomanagevulnerabilitiesandimplementremediationstrategies.OurgoalistoprovideactionableintelligencethatallowsRSItoproactivelypreventpotentialattacks,prioritizecriticalvulnerabilities, andmaintaincompliancewithlegalandregulatorystandards.What You'll Do:Lead the development and execution of the threat intelligence program, aligning it with broader RSI security strategy and vulnerability management efforts.Manage the gathering and analysis of threat information to ensure actionable intelligence that aids in anticipating and preventing potential attacks.Guide the process of finding and ranking vulnerabilities in RSI systems, considering threat intelligence and potential risks.Coordinate the assessment of threats and vulnerabilities to understand where RSI might be most susceptible to attack.Create strategies for fixing or mitigating vulnerabilities based on intelligence and risk assessments.Share critical threat intelligence with key stakeholders, explaining potential impacts on RSI.Work closely with teams to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed properly, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards is maintained.Day-to-DayActivities:Regularly check various internal and external sources for new information on vulnerabilities, attacks, and threats, monitoring threat intelligence feeds.Assess the latest threat information to identify what's most relevant to RSI, analyzing threat information.Review scans and reports to spot new vulnerabilities in RSI production systems, conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.Decide which vulnerabilities to tackle first and assign necessary tasks to the right teams, prioritizing and delegating remediation tasks.Provide updates to relevant teams and managers about the current threat landscape and intelligence findings, preparing threat briefings.All About You:Proven experience in threat intelligence or similar cybersecurity roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and attack methodologies. Proficiency in analyzing threat intelligence feeds and conducting vulnerability assessments. Ability to prioritize security risks effectively and delegate remediation tasks. Excellent communication skills for preparing and delivering threat reports to stakeholders. Experience in threat-hunting efforts and performing risk analyses, along with proficiency in managing security tools.
