General Activities On-site IT support: Inventory management, device administration and maintenance (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, MAC devices, IHMS data collectors, etc.) Technical support for networks and servers. IMAC and Break-Fix Support: Installation of devices and software, moving, adding new components, configuration changes, and eventually, removing or decommissioning assets that are no longer needed. Ability to coordinate with remote and on-site support teams, ensuring service requests and incidents are resolved effectively and quickly. Extensive experience with the Service Now tool (Registration, management, and reporting of incidents).
