What You'll Bring We are seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients by understanding their strategic goals and technical needs.
As the primary liaison, you will ensure successful outcomes by delivering value through customized technical solutions and proactive account management.
Requirements You'll Need Fluent in English (C1-C2): Exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English, capable of engaging effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear, professional communication.
5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in technical consulting or client-facing roles, ideally in fast-paced SaaS and startup environments.
Skilled at working closely with clients to deliver technical solutions.
In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms and familiarity with the unique technical and operational challenges of the startup ecosystem.
Expertise in building trust and rapport with clients by understanding their technical and non-technical needs.
Skilled at managing long-term client relationships,and fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
Focused on achieving results through proactive problem-solving, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently, even under tight deadlines.
Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently and collaboratively.

Background in business analysis and project management , particularly in environments requiring deep technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds, ensuring alignment and understanding across the board.
Thorough understanding of the organization's products and services , including their underlying technologies, configurations, and integration methods.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize technical projects, from initial assessment through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Expertise in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentatio n, such as architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and troubleshooting manuals to support both internal teams and clients.
Familiar with cybersecurity principles and best practices to ensure that all solutions and client systems are s ecure and protected against potential threats.
Nice to Have Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMP, PMI) are a plus.
Knowledge of diverse technology stacks, such as Cloud platforms, Python, React, and APIs.
Knowledge of Zoho, JSON, and project management tools like Jira, with the ability to integrate these technologies into client solutions.
