Your expertise will shape and enhance the experiences of our key clients, fostering strong relationships and contributing to the future growth of our team.Working collaboratively across departments such as Customer Support, Account Management, Professional Services, and Product Management, you'll guide clients through their journey with us, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. As part of a dynamic cross-functional team, you'll need to be proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented to excel in our fast-paced environment.Delving into the technical intricacies of implementations will be your forte, and you'll relish the opportunity to devise innovative tools, processes, and solutions to tackle complex problems head-on. Consultant IIs will further enhance their expertise, applying deep product knowledge to address unique customer scenarios and identify best practices that can drive effectiveness across the board.Core Responsibilities:Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:· Develops forward thinking, technical implementation recommendations that align with clients' business objectives.· Provides in-depth technical guidance to customers and internally· Collaborates with the team to educate and train clients on how to best technically implement and integrate with the Vertafore product suite· Configures data conversion environment and completes more complex data conversions and implementations· Provides input to the project plan· Works with many different source systems and versions and is an SME for troubleshooting· Develops implementation tools and processes· Maintains the deepest level of industry and product expertise and proliferates, internally and externallyVertafore is a Flexible First working environment which allows team members to work from home as often as you'd like, while using our offices as a place for collaboration, community, and teambuilding.
