Job Responsibilities Engage closely with a customer to design & develop solutions to fulfill customer's needs by understanding the customer's challenges and architectures and turning that into a customer solution. Act as a primary technical interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship. Own technical part of bid preparation: solution design/architecture, effort estimates, scope of work, bill of material, etc., and hold a key role in contract negotiations to protect SI value. Liaise with Services Regional Architect and other members of the regional team as well as with Product Managers, Project managers, and 3rd party product managers to align customer requirements with available generic solutions, Nokia products, and 3rd party products. Lead the technical implementation during the delivery phase. Present offered solution design/architecture to the customer and verify/adapt it during the realization phase. Develop detailed customer solution design & architecture and perform technical risk evaluation for overall technical solution. Ensure smooth field deployment and System Integration. Represent Traffica as a product towards customers. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects. Collaborate with product leaders to understand market trends, customer needs, business goals, and translate these into tangible actions. Minimum Requirements 6 - 8+ years of relevant work experience. Graduate or postgraduate degree in: Computer Science / Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering / Electrical and Computer Engineering. Proven ability to design and implement architectures and present them to internal or external stakeholders. Couple of years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (preferably Solution Architect). Understanding of Nokia products and technologies (CS Core, PS Core, IMS VoLTE, Radio technologies, etc.). Windows Server Administration experience (Installation, Upgrade). Basic Bare Metal HW knowledge, experience (Dell, HP). Basic VM infrastructure knowledge. IP planning experience, IP routing, FW rules planning. Basic SQL query experience, SQL logic knowledge. Strong communication and excellent presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on balancing technical and business considerations.
