Manager Access Position Summary: The Strategic Access Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the access strategy and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) for assigned brands. This includes considering cross-functional initiatives aligned with corporate and local strategy, as well as relevant external regulations. Key Responsibilities: Understand the external health environment in the public, political, social and trade sectors. Develop and lead cross-functional strategies to enhance access within the National Formulary and public institutions. Develop value dossiers, value messages, and training for field teams. Co-create support materials for communication with payers alongside marketing and medical teams. Present the value strategy to payers and other relevant stakeholders in the access strategy. Monitor and participate in corporate activities to align local strategy with corporate best practices. Requirements: Professional degree. Specialization or MBA (Health Economics, Data Analytics, Epidemiology). 3-5 years of experience in the access field within the pharmaceutical industry. Ability to synthesize knowledge and experience for cross-functional project management. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical business, clinical data, and regulatory environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work experience in a commercial environment. Experience as a consultant/manager in access and/or Pharmacoeconomics (desirable).
