Senior Manager, Process Safety, Global Corporate EHSSFLEX LOCATION: BRAZIL, COLOMBIA, MEXICO OR PERU (fully remote work)REPORTS TO: Global Director, Corporate Health, Safety, Security & Process Safety The Senior Manager, Process Safety, is primarily responsible to mentor and support Global operations as needed to promote, develop and oversee implementation of the Ingredion Process Safety Management (PSM) improvement strategy.They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating the implementation of this program focused on Management Systems, Engineering, Maintenance and Operations Practices to improve our processes, as well as facilitating improvement events and acting as an internal coach and auditor for the global PSM system.Key DeliverablesLead the implementation of the PSM program deployment initiative focused on Management Systems, Engineering, Maintenance and Operations practicesDevelop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, Key Performance Indicators, and processes to continuously improve data quality, process integrity, and productivity; Communicate the status and results of these activities to key partnersLead and/or facilitate process improvement teams working on complex and cross-functional improvement efforts that deliver process safety improvementsIntegrate the above efforts into other functional improvement initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Projects, Kaizen Events, IPS actions, etc.Be recognized as a visible champion and expert resource for continuous improvement for the global Process Safety Management programAssist in developing, maintaining, and updating training materials and coordinate the training efforts for operational personnel; Deliver training for process improvement as requiredDevelop a data-driven culture of PSM for the global OperationsWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams as well as site/functional leaders to identify initiatives and establish priorities based on business objectivesEstablish and maintain positive relationships with and between team members, plants, support functions, etc.Maintain and continue to expand personal knowledge of Safety Health, Security & Process Safety Management principles and tools Desired behavior, personal attributes, (Leader Imperatives and Competencies):Have a strong passion for Safety, Maintenance/ Engineering and Continuous Improvement and its ability to improve business resultsEncourage collaboration and experimentation to create new ways of workingBuild long-term relationships with key decision-makers and internal stakeholdersBe a demonstrated self-starter with strong leadership skills, a high degree of integrity, and ability to deliver demonstrable resultsRegularly identify areas that can be improved and constructively proposes and implements projects and solutions that increase value and improve business performanceSeek opportunities (training, projects, etc.)that develop knowledge and skills to become a stronger contributorProactively assists others in response to their business needs in order to build strong working relationshipsHave skill and interest in data analytics and reportingKnowledge, Skills, and Requirements:Proven commitment to the promotion of a safe work environment.Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in an operational, technical, or business roleProven ability to lead cross-functional teams.Ability to work with and interact with all levels of the organizationStrong ability to cultivate positive relationships with and between team members, plants, support functions and functional groups.Self-starter with strong leadership skills and a high degree of integrity.Strong planning, organizing and time management skills.Capable of leading and mentoring remotely on a regular basisCapable of leading and sponsoring a data driven environment with an emphasis on statistics, process improvement, and data analysis.Fluency in English is required (US)Capable of facilitating and training operations personnel in PSM-related topicsStrong project management, presentation, communication, and coaching skillsExpand personal knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, IPS, and other CI methods and tools#LI-NM1We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.Relocation Available:No
