The general manager will have direct responsibility for service, modernization and new equipment business, including sales, field operations, customer satisfaction and overall general business management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in aggressively growing the profitability of this branch operation to meet or exceed business objectives along with fostering a team building environment.Key Job Responsibilities:Ensuring safety performance by all the salaried and field associates.Meeting all financial performance targets including profit and working capital.Hiring, developing, and managing a group of salaried and field associates.Managing customers to ensure sales goals are achieved, new customers are added to increase revenues, and relations with existing customers are maintained.Responsible for New Equipment sales and bid activity.Education:Bachelor's degree required. Relocation assistance may be available for out-of-market candidates.Work ArrangementAs the leader of the branch, it is important that the candidate is willing and able to be in the office 5 days a week.The base salary range for this role is $138,500 to $185,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.
